Buffalo Chicken Tortilla Roll-Ups Recipe
Spicy buffalo hot sauce chicken, blue cheese, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and green onions wrapped in a flour tortilla and sliced to perfection!
If I had the option to live off of appetizers alone, I probably would. Party sandwiches, dips, little bites…I love them all!
Tortilla roll-ups are one of my all-time favorites to make for a gathering. What is great about roll-ups is that they can be made the night before eating, as they need to be set up in the fridge anyway.
My usual go-to roll-ups are Bacon, Spinach, Green Onion, and Cream Cheese Tortilla Roll-Ups (which are delicious, btw), but I recently made a buffalo chicken version and they’re DELICIOUS.

Spicy buffalo hot sauce chicken, blue cheese, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and green onions wrapped in a flour tortilla and sliced to perfection!
Equipment:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (drained canned chicken will work, too)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Buffalo wings sauce
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 4 (6-inch) flour tortillas
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine blue cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and sliced green onions.
- Add chicken with buffalo wings sauce.
- Lay a tortilla out on a plate and spread an even layer of the chicken and cheese mixture all the way to the edges (about 2 to 3 tbsp).
- Roll up tortilla tightly and place on a plate. Repeat until all the ingredients have been used.
- Put into the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours.
- Slice each rolled tortilla into 1-inch slices, discarding the ends (or eating, like I do).
