Yum, those are the best! I’ll be dropping by later for a little taste…
Yummy – one of my favorites! I tend to make them too big, so they never get hard.
That sounds like a personal problem!
sounds yummy! gonna have to try these
Look yummo! Looks like an easy recipe for the kids to make along.
Yum! We love these. I made them when I was growing up, and now my daughter makes them for us. I used to call them cow-pies since we were dairy farmers.
Have you ever tried them in a casserole dish? I did this last time I made them and it’s way easier and just as yummy! Just cut them out like you would a brownie.
these need more oatmeal !!!! Did not set!!!!
amazingly easy and absolutely delicious! Followed recipe exact and they are perfect. So easy for a 6 am chocolate craving! Thank you and kudos! xo
Very dry…….
How do you store them? Room temp or fridge?
I’ve always kept them in an air-tight container. 🙂
How many does this make?
Tried these tonight. Very quick and easy recipe! They were a little on the dry side but they tasted amazing! Everybody in my household gives the thumbs up. And I very much prefer this to the old school recipe I have that you have to commit half a day to complete lol. Thanks for sharing!
Our pleasure! So glad you liked it. 🙂
Total bust for me. It seemed like that last zap in the microwave was too long…. maybe burned the cocoa a bit? I’m not sure. But these were completely dry and falling apart. 🙁
Super easy microwaveable recipe. I made mine large so it made about 20 cookies. But, regular size cookies would make about 3 dozen.
Thank you for sharing!
Great ingredients just like on the stovetop, except I used
3 cups of oats.
In Mom’s old microwave it could have used a minute more to cook
I’m thinking.
